ok..to those who have read my previous n3 regarding my bad experience wth Groupon and Amantra..alhamdulillah..it is now settled..syukran ya Allah..syukur krna rezeki itu masih milikku..
i've didn't mentioned in last n3 about my report to Groupon..sbb aku pn mcm sure xsure dorang akn respond..byk kes aku dgr org kena mcm aku..but im not sure whether they did take action as what i did or not..anyway..for me..if that is your right, then you have to fight for it..win or lose..blakang cite..if niat kita btl dan mmg kita teraniaya, insyaAllah pasti Allah bagi jalan utk permudahkan..
ok back to d topic..aku email ke groupon malaysia support team to lodge a complaint..then received auto reply by their system saying that the case has been logged..hehe..then received another email on d same day saying tht the case is under investigation..and finally today..alhamdulillah..they responded to me...ok korang baca sdiri la email ni..

~ok ni reply from them..i'm taking this opportunity to thanks a lot to Hemma (i guess Ms Hemma) for her assistant to escalate the issue and working hard investigating my case..thanks so much..i really appreciate it..your kind response shows your integrity in dealing wth customers..keep up the good works... and thanks to Groupon Malaysia as well for refund my money...i'll discuss wth hubby whether to accept the reverse payment or exchange wth other deal. :) ~
so..to suziey.com readers, hope if korang facing the same problem just like me, dont worry too much and try to get back your right ok..but before that, you have to be sincere and honest..for info..utk sebarang kes kepenggunaan yg mana melibatkan pihak pengguna rs teraniaya atau tertipu atau cubaan mengaburi pihak pengguna, Malaysia Tribunal is the best place to lodge the report ok..and if tlh terbukti korang teraniaya, pihak majikan/syarikat terbabit akn dikenakan law suit..termasukla lesen perniagaan bole ditarik balik..so ketahuilah hak anda sbgai pengguna ok..nowadays mmg byk kes2 mcm ni..klau consumer yg xtau hak dorang, untung la syarikat tu..so jgn biarkan mereka berleluasa..hope kita semua terselamat dari ditipu.hehe..

yup betul..tribunal is the best place.
credit to tribunal jugak sbb saya pernah ada kes masa pembelian handphone dulu kena tipu, sekejap je diselesaikan..
Selagi kita tahu kita dipihak yang benar, jangan takut untuk buat report. :)

ila selalu gak beli kat groupon nie tpi benda kecik2.. mmg bagus report kt grupon nie supaya dia tau mana satu company yg tipu so lain kali diorang pun tak nak deal dah dgn company tue
