Assalamualaikum..
last weekend, i made masalodeh which are supposed to be made long time ago (nasib xberkulat kacang dhal aku tuh:D) ..hehe..time constraint ler.. at least, i still manage to do it rite even tho it tooks me quit some time..ekeke:p actually it was hubby's feveret..me?? ok la..bole jek mkn..some pple call it masalodeh and i heard some pple call it "kuih india" ..basically yes.. it is indian dish.. quit easy to prepare it..lets browse !
ingredients:
1) kacang dhal
2) cili kering
3) daun kari
4) garam
5) tepung / telur -> y it was 2 option..bcoz its depends on u..both are use to make the dhal stick each other.. but..precautious, if u r using tepung, dont add the flour too much or else ur masalodeh will be as hard as stone..i've tried few times which i bought somewhere..tercekik la jgk nak mkn..sbb byk sgt tepung..so dia jadi keras..
steps:
1) rendam kacang dhal semalaman.. (ensure air just paras kacang dhal tenggelam jek..kalu byk sgt air nnti dia jadi lembik n bila goreng akn menyerap minyak yg byk..that oily huh..)
2) blend kacang dhal (up to u nak blend halus sume skali or half-half..err i mean stgh halus n stgh lagi biarkn berketul2)
3) gunting cili kering n daun kari
4) gaul cili n daun kari yg dh diguntign dgn kacang dhal yg dh diblend + sket garam ikut kemasinan yg sesuai ..
5) goreng sehingga keperangan ..dh masak ler tuh
6) hidang ler utk mkn
senang kan..try it! (err utk sape yg suke mkn kuih ni la..some pple doesn't like it..just like me before..but since hubby like it..so ala2 berjangkit la..bihtu dh slalu je dia beli kuih tuh:D)
~goreng di dlm minyak yg sgt panas~
~tgh concentrate nak snap time tu ler hubby nak amik..ha kan dh tersnap ngn tgn..ih ih ih~
~haa ni ghope isi dlmnye..lembut jek sbb penggunaan tepung yg minima..just utk lekatkan kcg dhal tu jek..~
