almond choc. moist cake




Assalamualaikum..


ok silalah jamu mata dulu yek..ekekek..no worries..i'll share the recipe..ths time i paste the recipe at the bottom of the pics..hehe...



~choc. cake dh dibalut choc.ganache~

~kasi zoom sket.nmpk la serpihan badam n textur nya yg moist itu..lembut kek ni tp xleh nmpk la dlm gbr..bole rasa jek..aku pn xtau camne nak tnjkkan kelembutannya..pada yg dh rs tau la:D~

remember i've told in my previous entry regarding the choc cake tht i get frm my colleague...haa...since then i am craving for choc cake..MOIST choc cake to be exact! :D since i'm frustrated wth the cake tht i bought frm the bakery...(yg xsedap tuh..erkk..sukati jek kutuk:D) i made up to bake it on my own..some more i plan to bring it for my classmate..(am thinking to sell it..any idea how much should i charge for it:D) anyway..lets browse the recipe..actually it was similarly to my previous choc cupcakes ..but i altered a little bit the ingredients to make it more moist..and hasilnya..seriously mmg moist giler (bahaya nih..jgn smpai giler ok) and sgt lembut texturenye :) yess..big applause for me..hahaha:D


ni version kukus yek..


ingredients:


1) 2 biji telur
2) 1 cwn minyak masak
3) 1 cwn gula pasir
4) 1 cwn gula perang
5) badam cincang (btol ke cincang??mcm daging je..ala badam yg dh diptg jadi dadu kecik2 tuh:D)


Bahan A:

1) 1 sk essen vanilla
2) 1 1/2 cwn susu coklat (yg dlm kotak tu) -> ni yg buatkan kek jadi moist..mostly pple using susu pekat manis but i replaced it.
3) 1/2 cwn air panas -> penting nih..sbb air panas akn jadikan kek tu lembut gebu


Bahan B:

1) 2 sk sodium bicarbonat
2) 1 sk baking powder
3) 1/2 cwn serbuk koko
4) 2 cwn tepung gandum / superfine


Choc.ganache (topping)

1) 1/2 cwn serbuk koko
2) 1 cwn susu pekat
3) 1 sb minyak masak


Steps:


panaskan kukusan..

1) Pukul telur hingga kembang - guna mixer
2) masukkan gula (both type) - pukul lagi
3) masukkan pula minyak masak
4) then masukkan bahan A & B berselang seli..sambil putar mixer tuh..
5) masukkan badam yg telah disangai terlebih dahulu..
6) griskan loyang ngn butter - masukkan adunan ke dlm loyang tu..
7) kukus selama 1 jam



tips: bila nak kukus baru tuang adunan ke dlm loyang..jgn biarkan adunan lama dlm loyang sblm di kukus..n sblm nak tuang dlm loyang tu..kacau adunan tu utk sebatikan ia..coz bila lama terbiar adunan tu akn mendak and xsebati..



utk topping plak..satukan sume bahan dlm periuk kecik..kuantiti iktla besar mane kek tu..kacau sebati...pastu curah je atas kek tu..and finally hiasla dgn taburan lebihan badam yg dh disangai tadi..



so..selamat mencuba! (jgn lupe kasi aku rs sket hasil tgn korang..ekekek:D)



~bulu mata aQeel yg melentik mengalahkan aku (definitely:D)~




ni saje je nak letak gbr bulu mata aQeel..even me..his own mother admire bulu mata dia tuh..hehe..nasib baik la xmewarisi bulu mata ibu dia yg xbrape nak ade nih:D

weh... awat ri tuh aku buat toppping jadi cam dodol!!!!!!!!!! tak pernah terjadi tp ri tuh lak jd gitu. hampeh tul! aku sukat 1 cwn susu pekat, 1 cawan koko then 2sudu mkn marjerin. tetiba jek aku malas letak minyak so aku kaut jek marjerin dpn mata.

CaMaRPuTiH: hmmm nape ek jadi camtuh..ko cairkan x dulu marjerin tuh? bole je ganti marjerin ngn minyak..tp kena cairkan dulu marjerin tu then baru masuk susu n koko..pastu api kecik..kacau je..maybe margerin ko sket sgt kot..xberpadanan ngn koko n susu tu..margerin kalu lama atas api pn akn menyejat kan..maybe tu yg buat koko n susu tu xcair..jadi likat semacam..emm tu pndapat aku la..

anyway..xpahit ke koko 1 cwn? aku try koko n susu sama kuantiti tp cam kelat sket..rs koko tuh..aku lebihkan susu baru ok manis..hehe..maybe tgk jenis koko kot.. :)

so far tak pahit pun. rs still light jek. ko buat double boil ker or masak atas api biasa?

CaMaRPuTiH: aku masak atas api kecik...kalu aku xguna minyak,koko n susu, aku guna cooking coklat n whipped cream..kaedah pn lain..kalu guna cooking choc n whipped cream,kena cairkan whipped cream atas api kecik..pastu tutup api..sementara whipped cream tu panas masuk cooking choc..kalu buat ats api nnti choc tu jadi berserbuk sbb hangit kena bakar..atau cara lain double boiler..
